I got hacked and got permanently banned from royale high

I got hacked and my accs were terminated, thankfully i got them back but once i joined royale it says i got permanently ban for exploiting, i assume its due to the hacker since i never did any of exploits stuff so far, its been 2 days since i emailed royale high support yet i havent got a respond, is there anything i could do? I really dont want to miss the xmas calendar and ive been playing royale high since 2017, im asking for advice please
