Hey guys! Just logged into my account on this fine evening to find that all of my diamonds are... drum roll... literally gone. I have been GRINDING recently because I want to redo my dorm (it's ghastly looking, but we won't talk about that rn) and had almost 273k saved up. I just want to know if I can get my diamonds back, but if I can't, I'll just quit.
I'm planning on emailing/filing a complaint with the RH moderators or whatever they are called, but I'm so upset rn and I don't want to reach out to them and come off as nasty. Any insight/recommendations about what I should do? My cousin said they'll come back on their own, but I don't really believe her.
