During Easter 2019, this item was obtainable from Antilique's Vet Clinic (Antilique's Homestore) within the Designer Boutique. During later Egg Hunt events, this item was obtainable as a random prize from an Accessory Egg.
The item uses a modified version of the Void Star limited accessory from Roblox's catalog.
