The School Office (also known as the Front Office or The Office) is a Campus 3 sub-realm released on August 9, 2023, during the Campus 3 Beta Testing. The Front Office holds many quests and secret areas, along with NPCs and entrances to other Campus 3 sub-realms.
For Halloween 2023, the realm was updated, and was decorated with cobwebs, pumpkins, floating candles, and banners reading "Happy Royalloween!". Poppy was also given a new, Halloween themed outfit, with a witches hat.
On December 2, 2023, for Glitterfrost 2023, the realm was updated and decorated with hanging snowflakes garlands, wreaths, and more. The entrance to the Locker Courtyard was removed, and replaced with the student bulletin. Poppy is also seen wearing gloves, a jacket, a beanie, and updated face makeup.
On January 3, 2024, for Everfriend 2024, the realm underwent an update and was adorned with hanging red and pink heart lights, teddyzillas placed around, pink balloons tied to the stairs, and more. Poppy is also seen dressed in her Default outfit, but she now has the new Human Arms with Human Nails and the Human Bodice.
Locations[]
Front Desk[]
The front desk is the main part of the realm, where players will find Poppy sitting at the front desk, labeled as the “Royale High Enrollment Desk”. When the player initially goes into the office and talk to her, she will explain to the player some of the bases of the game and hand over the player's dorm key, an ID card, and a Student Planner. She will also give a player an instant level-up to show the new level-up animation.
To Poppy’s left are the “Lost and Found” box and a blue computer station with a phone (not to be confused with the phone permanently given to players). Getting close to the box gives the prompt to “Take a peek”, making the player dig around inside it. The phone can be answered by the player, giving a temporary phone item that is taken away when hanging up or leaving the realm. These actions are the same for both phones.
To her right is the box of “Communal PE Shirts” (also labeled as the “Dress Coded Extra Clothes”, and “Used PE Shirts of yesteryears past, that had seemingly been abandoned in strange places..with no name”), and a green computer station with a phone. The player is given a prompt to “Wear Used PE Shirt” when nearby the box. Doing so puts the item Royale PE Shirt on, and plays an audio saying “Ew, stinky.” If the player puts it back, the item is removed, and another audio plays saying “Ugh!”

Counselor's Office[]
There are six Counselor's Offices located at the right corrider. Players can "own" an office if they have earned the “Counselor's Office Owner!” Sparkly Star Achievement, which is rewarded when the player reaches 275 level ups.
There are two chairs set in front of each office, which are colored based on the colors used inside that office.
In the office that is to the right of the Headmistress's Office Door, there is a small chest contained inside a cabinet of the counselor's desk. The chest contains 1250 diamonds. It can only be accessed if a player in that server owns and has unlocked that office. The cabinet cannot be opened by people other than the owner of this office.
Head Mistress’ Office[]
The Head Mistress' Office is located at the end of the right corridor, beyond all the counselor’s offices. This location is connected to the Front Office realm.
Players can enter this area when they have the quest “The Head Mistress will see you now” currently active. Players who do not currently have that quest active are able to enter the room through the vents; five players will need to jump on top of the vent in The Head Mistress' Office a certain amount of times, before the vent breaks and falls, allowing the players inside the room.
Inside The Head Mistress' Office, players can make "announcements" in the game chat. The text color of the announcements corresponds to that player's current element.
When the player is inside the office, they are able to retrieve 2 secret chests. Both chests are located behind a large painting at the end of the room. When the player clicks the key in the woman's hand in the painting, the painting will swing open, revealing a tunnel. Players lose their ability to fly after walking through the opening. A short obby then must be passed to reach the chests; if the player falls, they will be kicked out of The Head Mistress' Office. It is recommended that players do not wear tall shoes while completing it, to help prevent them from hitting the ceiling, which could cause them to fall. After finishing the obby, the player will be able to open two chests; one chest contains 5,000 diamonds, and other chest, hidden behind a secret wall contains The Head Mistress' Earrings.
Teacher's Lounge[]
The Teacher's Lounge is an area only accessible to players who have earned the "Teacher's Lounge Keycard!" Sparkly Star Achievement, which is rewarded when the player reaches level 1500. Players who have earned the achievement are able to scan a keycard using either of the two doors behind the front desk.
When the player with the keycard scans it by the door, they are able to walk into a hallway that leads into the lounge area. A photo copier, microwave, mini fridge, and two desks are present in the center of the lounge. There is a smaller area off to the side that features bookshelves, seating area, and a fireplace. Then there is a small staircase leading up to a heart shaped hot tub.
A small golden chest can be found on one of the square cubby shelves, and upon opening it the player recieves 3000 diamonds.
