Queen of the Ocean is a skirt released on October 20, 2018.
The base skirt model was created by Sukimeki, while certain other parts of it are from other sources. The seashells are from Roblox's Seashell Snare gear. The spiral shell is created by TenebrisMax. The sheer train mesh of the skirt was ripped from an originally NSFW focused character creator video game[1] (though likely obtained by the developers under that it was often falsely provided as a free-to-use, pre-converted download for MikuMikuDance models mainly through DeviantArt - most likely from Fina-NZ11's MMD skirt pack, a very popular MMD skirt pack of skirts ripped from said game[2] - or through the Roblox model library where other Roblox users may have converted it from said downloads for Roblox and distributed it while falsely claiming it as original).
