Diamond Beach is a realm released on July 4, 2021 for the Summer 2021 Update. The realm was initially released in a partially completed state, with future changes planned in staggered update waves. Wave 1 released on July 4, 2021, Wave 2 on August 1, 2021 and Wave 3 which would include a bigger extension of Diamond Beach and Fair Pier which was supposed to release earlier in September of 2021, but has since been cancelled so that they could work on the Halloween 2021 update. The realm contains many elements for roleplay with a tool set like the Beach House, randomized clothing shops to support clothing designers and quests to complete.
You are able to teleport to the Apartments and the Beach House through Diamond Beach.
Joining the realm during Summer 2021 granted the "Summer🐚2021!" badge.
Locations
The spawn is located in between the buildings Dimension Mobile and Frostbite Frozen Delights. Frostbite Frozen Delights is an inviting ice cream parlor with a pink and cream color scheme. An NPC named Darla can be found working the cash register. Players can order various different flavors of ice cream from Darla.
Dimension mobile is a tall store with a curved glass roof and two large glass doors. It can also be found in Earth. It is meant to sell electronic devices, such as phones and other electronics, but none are on display at the store in Diamond Beach. Dimension Mobile's slogan is "Lightyears away, never felt closer." this phrase can be found in both stores.
Next to Dimension Mobile, is the One World building. The walls are white with pink accents and rainbow pennant banners hang off the roof outside. Above the door is a small rainbow. It is filled with art by various artists, pride flags and aboriginal flags dedicated to Pride Month.
Beside the One World building is Ocean's Nursery. It is a pale green building on the smaller side, decorated with many different types of plants. Most prominently are pink roses. There are three large bushes of them at the front of the nursery and a few are placed in hanging baskets in and around the building. An NPC version of the developer OceanOrbs sits on a desk inside. Next to her is a book detailing how to care for and interact with a plant named Glowing Gluttonous Groundsnapper, or Groundsnapper for short.
A pizza place called Pizza Palace is featured on the right side of Ocean’s Nursery. The building is made of bright red brick and has a slanted roof. It has two large sliding doors, one used as the main entrance and the other leading outside to a fenced-off court with many tables. Above both doors is a large, rounded neon sign reading "Pizza Palace". Inside the pizza place is an NPC worker named Zed. The menu has options for Entrees, Sides and Drinks, yet players can only order pizzas.
A fountain is located in the city center. In the middle of the fountain there are a couple plants. Around in a circle there are eight sprinklers angled inwards shooting water up into the air, towards the top of the fountain. Behind the fountain there is an entrance to the Apartment Lobby.
A coffee shop by the name of Sundrop Coffee can be found to the left of the fountain. The shop's logo is an orange mermaid with long flowing hair, relaxing with her hands behind her head. This is probably in reference to the logo of the coffee company Starbucks. The building is spacious and open, with three large doors, an upstairs dining area and a balcony overlooking the street.
The boardwalk has "COMING SOON" labeled in neon letters, which was planned to be added partially/fully in the Wave 3 update. It was then delayed to the Halloween update as stated in the game's description during summer. The pier was never added during either update. The boardwalk includes a clock that shows the realm's time. Every night at 6 PM, fireworks will go off.
To the left of the main town in Diamond Beach, there is a large white beach house that looks out onto the sea. It is the entrance to the separate realm, Beach House.
The map contains several chests. These contain both diamonds and the American/Canadian flags.
The ice cream shop Frostbite Frozen Delights and Ocean's Nursery both let you take a scanner and Sundrop Coffee lets you take a magazine.
The ocean is large and filled with sand and coral. There are multiple other islands dotted across the map, all smaller than the main island. The biggest of these islands is available through flying, swimming, or the access of a cable carriage, taken from the main island. This island is home to six 3-person jet skis, which the player can ride.
There are four red ramps in the ocean. On the main island there is an entrance that leads into a spacious cavern. Inside this cavern is a pile of boulders and a puzzle resembling a combination lock.
Chest locations
One chest has been located around the map.
- A chest is located next to a pink grand piano, found close to the wind turbines. This chest contains 2,500 diamonds.
Diamond Beach Shops
Multiple buildings in the city are interactive clothing stores. Walking up to the doors will prompt the player to enter the store or not, and if they choose to enter the store, the player is teleported to a separate sub-realm named "Diamond Beach Shops". Each store contains randomized clothing from Royale High's clothing catalog, similar to Moonlight Square. Players can try the clothing on their in-game avatar, or purchase the clothing item on Roblox to support its designer.
There are currently four stores that can be entered.
- Ethereal Apparel: contains clothing from the princess outfits "Glam" style category and prince outfits "Formal" style category
- Lagoon Outlet: contains clothing from the princess & prince "Swim" categories
- HotHead: contains clothing from the princess & prince "Dark" styled outfits
- Summer Basics: contains clothing from the princess & prince "Summer" seasonal category
Resetting or dying in the Diamond Beach Shops will spawn the player in Lagoon Outlet, regardless of the store they entered. All stores are contained on a single map and only load if the player gets close to them. The city skyline used outside of the interior appears to be borrowed directly from the city surrounding Divinia Park.
Events
Independence Day 2021
On the release of the new Diamond Beach, it was used for a minor Independence Day event. The realm's buildings were decorated with American flag decorations. The American Flag and Canadian Flag accessories were re-released in chests found on the beach. At the realm server's in-game time of 6 PM, a fireworks show would occur during the night. A temporary sparkler tool was added to the realm. The flag decorations were automatically removed at 12 A.M. PST on July 6, 2021 - however, the other game play elements remained.
Monstercat event
The Monstercat's Lost Civ. cave in Diamond Beach.
On July 6, 2021, Royale High partnered with music label Monstercat in their new place "Monstercat's Lost Civ." (Monstercat's Lost Civilization) for a surprise partnership event noted in-game as the Monstercat Event. Diamond Beach was updated to have a small cave off the side of the theater that teleported players to the Monstercat game. Players that completed the "Monstercat Helmet" quest in Monstercat's Lost Civilization and returned to Royale High were granted the Bad Kitty Headphones.
Quests
On August 1, 2021, Royale High released quests in Diamond Beach. There are 4 quests total and one secret quest. Only one main quest can be completed at a time. However, the secret quest can be done at any time, including during other quests. All quests reward accessories when completed.
Quest progress saves if the game is quit. However, there was an issue on August 2, 2021 that the quest progress would reset when rejoining, instead of saving, which had been fixed later.
OceanOrbs quest (Herbs)
Interacting with OceanOrbs inside the Ocean's Nursery building will start her quest. To complete the quest, 10 ingredients must be collected. Completing this quest will reward the Froggie Bucket Hat accessory.
The locations of the required items are randomized for every player and have more than 10 possible locations. They are located around the city portions and paths of Diamond Beach (either on or just off the edges of paths). Items can be both indoors or outdoors.
Albert_Kim quest (Notes)
Interacting with Albert Kim on the stage on the beach will start their quest. To complete the quest, 40 music notes must be collected around the map. Completing this quest will reward the Antique Messenger Satchel accessory.
The locations of the required items are randomized for every player and have more than 40 possible locations. They are generally located in the main areas of Diamond Beach. The glow of the music notes was originally purple; however, in newer servers, they are updated to a brighter blue for visibility.
Possible spawn location range to look for items
Possible spawn locations:
- Behind or next to trees, rocks, walls
- Inside buildings, behind or near furniture, near walls, etc.
- Inside or next to alleyways and hidden areas behind and around buildings
- Next to rocks, trees, columns
- Around paths, columns, scaffolding
- Around the stage, docks, etc.
- Inside the caves
- Around the lighthouse
- Around flora on islands in the ocean
Known bugs/issues:
- If this quest was started before the 1-hour temporary downtime after release on August 1 and not finished, spawn locations are highly likely to be bugged due to spawn locations being changed, and the quest will most likely have to be restarted.
- Hitboxes for the music notes are poorly set and may not collect when walked over. Change to walking from flying or vice versa, or walk away and back again over the note.
- Rejoining the server may refresh locations to different possible locations that were not already collected if you are having trouble.
Lifeguard quest (Trash)
Interacting with Dominic the lifeguard on the lifeguard station on the beach will start their quest. To complete the quest, 75 pieces of trash must be collected around the map. Completing this quest will reward the Swimmer Flippers accessory.
The locations of the required items are randomized for every player and have more than 75 possible locations. They are located on sand and on or near the docks in the front areas of Diamond Beach only, often in clumps.
Possible spawn location range to look for items
Possible spawn locations:
- Sand areas near the water
- On the musician’s stage
- Columns around the beach house
- Around and under the main dock and the jet ski dock
- On the sand on the island with the jet skis
- Around the beach umbrellas and sandcastles on the front beach
- Around trees on the beach
- Around or possibly inside the lifeguard station
Known bugs/issues:
- If this quest was started before the 1-hour temporary downtime after release on August 1 and not finished, spawn locations are highly likely to be bugged due to spawn locations being changed, and the quest will most likely have to be restarted.
- Hitboxes for smaller trash models are poorly set and may not collect when walked over. Change to walking from flying or vice versa, or walk away and back again over the trash.
- Due to some of the trash models being extremely tiny, it is possible for some of them to spawn under the ground and be unobtainable. You will have to rejoin a different server to attempt to refresh its model or the location.
- Rejoining the server may refresh locations to different possible locations that were not already collected if you are having trouble.
Zed Quest (Pizza Palace)
Interacting with Zed inside Pizza Palace will start his quest. To complete his quest, 30 pizza orders must be delivered to the correct locations, while the player is unable to fly. Completing this quest will reward the Oversized Summer Shirt accessory.
The possible locations that will be requested are randomized every time, but are selected from a group of select locations. While the player cannot fly, they can use the mopeds by Pizza Palace to move around the map faster.

- Starstruck Skatery
- 11521 to 11532 Diamond Beach Boulevard (these are a group of houses behind the main city area, accessible through the road tunnel on the side with the lighthouse)
Known bugs/issues:
- In some servers, doorbells cannot be rung, preventing orders from being delivered. You will have to rejoin a different server to refresh the location or possibly fix the issue. (This issue has been acknowledged by the developers and is in the process of being fixed.)
- Enabling flying while it is disabled can possibly freeze the player in place. Resetting will fix this problem.
Lighthouse secret quest
A secret quest with the lighthouse can be started and completed at any time, even during the main quests. Completing this quest will reward the Heart of the Ocean Necklace accessory, along with the "⚡" badge.
Steps:
- Interact with the lighthouse door.
- Talk to the Vacationer outside Crowned Casuals.
- Return to the lighthouse and continue interacting with the door over and over until the voice mentions the ice cream shop.
- Talk to Darla, the attendant inside Frostbite (the ice cream shop), with the "About the lighthouse..." option.
- Talk to Luke, who is sitting on the dock by the jet-skis. They will inform you of a certain ice cream order that an old man orders in the evening.
- Note: There are other Frostbite NPCs around Diamond Beach who will give you other possible orders. However, Luke's order is the only correct one. None of the others will work and can be ignored.
- Return to Frostbite and order Strawberry ice cream in a Cup.
- Return to the lighthouse and interact with the door.
- Enter the lighthouse once the door opens.
- Place the ice cream cup on the table where interacted.
- Interact with the journal on the table once.
- Click or tap the cloth that is on the boat inside the lighthouse. The interaction point is closer to the staircase, on the boat's edge. May be bugged; see below.
- Take the key on the boat that was under the cloth and interact with the journal again.
- At this point, the player is intended to look up the username provided on the journal to find the clues for the next puzzle, located in the player's account description. https://www.roblox.com/users/2747548611/profile
- Enter the caves below the lighthouse up to the "stone circle."
- Set the stone circle's sections to have the 12-o-clock row line up with the hints and click Submit. Click or tap the desired symbol to set that one to the top in its section.
- I - Starfish symbol.
- II - Pearl (open clam with pearl inside) symbol.
- III - Mermaid tail symbol.
- IIII - Sailboat symbol.
- Walk up to the rock wall to the left of the stone circle; it will fall apart and open. Walk into the deeper cave.
- Interact with the door on The Captain's Ship at the end of the deeper cave.
- Return to Frostbite and order Chocolate ice cream in a Cone.
- Return to The Captain's Ship in the cave and interact with the door.
- Enter the open ship and walk behind the desk. Interact with The Captain's Satchel.
- Return to the lighthouse and interact with the door.
- Complete the cut scene to complete the quest and receive the Heart of the Ocean Necklace.
Trivia
- You used to be able to wish at the fountain at Diamond Beach, but on January 31st, 2023, during the Valentines 2023 update, it was changed so that the only "wishable" fountain is the one located in Divinia Park.
- The pride flags in the One World building used to be visibly upside-down. On February 22nd, 2022, during the solving update of #ownupbarbie, the flags in the One World building were fixed and are now correctly positioned.
- The reason that Diamond Beach got its name is because of the often ridiculous amounts of diamonds that can be picked up off the sand.
