Royale High is a fantasy school roleplaying and dress-up game on Roblox. It utilizes the universes feature on the Roblox platform to play across various realms set in different environments.

The game was originally called Fairies & Mermaids Winx High School^[1], functioning as a Winx Club fan roleplay game. The Enchantix High realm remained in game from the last iteration of this version of the game before it transitioned into its own intellectual property in 2017 under the name Royale High, though was removed upon the release of Royale High Campus 3.

Realms[]

Players can explore the game by teleporting to various places called realms. They can be accessed through the Teleport Map, though sometimes a realm may be used as a lobby for an event or season. A few of the realms that players can access through are: Apartment Lobby, Apartments, Earth, Moonlight Square, Divinia Park, Enchantix High, Fantasia Getaway Resort, New Royale Campus, Classic Royale Campus, Battle a la Royale, Beach House, Sunset Island, and Intergalactic Trading Hub.

Since of the Campus 3 update Enchantix High and Fantasia Getaway Resort have been removed from game.

In Royale High Campus 3, the developers introduced a new teleportation system. Players can now teleport by clicking on the 'Castle map' or by using the newly added teleporting doors placed around all the new realms—Main Campus, Castle Heart, Student Dormitories, Rainy Day Classroom, School Office, and Dormitory Bathing Quarters. As in the previous school forms from Royale High, all these realms are connected, but the ones in Campus 3 are special. Each door takes you to a specific location(realm); for example, the front door in the Main Campus will teleport the player to the Castle Heart, and so on.

There are also some realms that are only accessed during limited holiday events, such as Wickery Cliffs for Halloween or Snowglobe Summit for Christmas and Royale High City for New Year's Day.

A few realms were removed from the game for unspecified reasons. These realms include Diamond Beach (Old) and Divinia.

Events[]

There are many seasonal events in Royale High, including New Years, April Fool's, Independence Day, Valentines, St. Patrick's, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. Players will receive badges if they played during the event.

Developers[]

Callmehbob is the creator and lead developer of Royale High. She first joined Roblox on June 11, 2007.

Ironclaw33 scripted Royale High and created the scripts that operate the lockers, homework GUIs, dorm customization options, elevators, and many other things throughout the games. He joined Roblox on October 19, 2008.

Closet Skeleton was the Graphic Designer for Royale High. He also drew the teleportation map. He began working on the game in May 2017, making him one of the longest running developers of the game. He joined Roblox on June 15, 2017 and later retired during August 2020.

Ice7 is a scripter for Royale High who began working in May 2018. He has scripted the new Inventory design, Outfit Transformations and trading. He also tends to fix bugs and glitches within the game. He joined Roblox in June 26, 2007.

LauncelotHandsome is a developer for Royale High, and according to callmehbob, he sometimes makes animations for the game, as well as hiding diamonds around different realms. He has also designed the terrain around a few of the Royale realms, though it has not been disclosed which ones. He is married to callmehbob and joined Roblox in June 23, 2016.

Sukimeki is a modeler, mesh and texture designer for Royale High. They have created many different skirts, heels, and wings designs. They have also created several hair meshes, along with colors and textures to go with them. A few of their designs include the Halloween/2018 deck and the Moonlight Goddess Ultimate Floof skirt. They first joined Roblox on January 22, 2018.

Kateka22 is a writer for Royale High, having written the fountain stories, and NPC dialogue. She was the developer and creator of Wizard Adventures based on the Harry Potter book series. She joined Roblox in July 8, 2016. She is currently not working for Royale High.

OceanOrbs is a mesh and textures designer for Royale High. She has contributed many models to the game, including several hairs and accessories/sets such as the Darling Valentina set and Angel Halo. She joined Roblox on June 2, 2013.

ReddieTheTeddy is a modeler for Royale High. She is commonly known for her creations such as Glittering Jelly Platforms, Spring Cherry Blossom, and various other accessories. She joined Roblox on December 20, 2012.

JamJooJoo is a builder and modeler for Royale High. He is commonly known for his creations such as Apartment Lobby and the Angel Wings. He first joined Roblox on June 13, 2020.

Vioncii is a builder and modeler for Royale High. His most notable contributions are the Apartment Lobby, Midnight's Strike Popstar set, and some of the Christmas/2020 accessories. He joined Roblox on November 30, 2019.

Harht is a builder and modeler for Royale High. Her most notable contributions are Lucky Halo 2021. She joined Roblox on August 13, 2017.

D5no is a builder for Royale High. He joined Roblox on June 2, 2016.

Calinpj04 is a scripter for Royale High. His most notable contributions are the scripts for the quests in New Years 2021 and the functionable boats in Divinia Park. He joined Roblox on May 4, 2014.
