The Fanned Out Bow Skirt is a skirt. It is a bugged duplicate of the Velvet Bow Royal Mini-Skirt given to players encountering a bug with purchasing the item in May 2018, and is entirely identical besides the name.

The item was obtained through a bug with the Velvet Bow Royal Mini-Skirt and the shop. For a time, the Velvet Bow Royal Mini-Skirt was unwearable and prompted the player to purchase the skirt again, even though they already owned the item. The bug was shortly fixed and the bugged versions of the skirt held in the inventory data were renamed to the Fanned Out Bow Skirt, usable as a separate item. Afterwards, purchasing the Velvet Bow Royal Mini-Skirt again would give players both items.
